Blackstone Griddle

We had a 20-year old Coleman 2-burner that had served us well for many years. When it gave up the ghost, a friend suggested a Blackstone and I've never looked back. The flexibility and ease compared to a burner stove is incredible. No more pans. Much more surface area to cook multi-item meals at once. Easier cleaning. It's one of our greatest camping discoveries ever. I even got rid of my gas grill at home and replaced it with a Blackstone.
